In order to offer you greater after-sales security, IdeaLuceOnline extends the "standard" warranty to 3 years, offering you an additional year of protection, without any kind of surcharge.

The warranty protects you from:

- Paint defects (even if found over time)
- Malfunctions of electrical parts (internal and external)
The delivery note, issued with each order processed and sent by email, will be valid for the purposes of the guarantee.
How to request our intervention:
To request a replacement under warranty, you must apply using our contact form.
The IdeaLuceOnline ataff will promptly contact you in order to inform you of the replacement timing which generally varies, depending on availability, from 2 days to 30 working days from the request.
Shipping methods and terms
We entrust our shipments to leading logistics partners such as BRT and GLS. After years of working online we have found that they are the best in terms of reliability and service. Each package, before being entrusted to the courier, is insured and if necessary protected at best with additional packaging, both internally and externally.
We believe it is important for customer safety to report that we do not operate in dropshipping: each shipment leaves our goods warehouse only after rigorous and scrupulous suitability checks.
As soon as the order has been entrusted to the courier, we will notify the customer of the shipment by sending an order update e-mail. Subsequently, the courier himself will send a second e-mail confirming the shipment containing all the instructions to monitor the path of the package online.
It should be noted that many of our products are in the free shipping catalog, regardless of their cost. We encourage you to browse the shop to find out which ones are included in this special promotion.
Shipping fees
All purchases for an amount equal to or greater than € 100.00 including VAT will be offered free shipping, below this amount € 10.00 including VAT will be requested as a contribution to shipping costs.
The shipment and delivery of the products will be carried out only in the following countries: Italy and all countries of the European Community. For purchases in European countries, shipping will be free above € 500.00 including VAT, below this amount the shipping fee will be € 20.00 including VAT.
Shipping notices
IdaLuceOnline always informs each customer of the fulfillment of his order by communicating the departure and expected delivery data of the material. The communication is sent to the customer by e-mail.
Free transport insurance
It offers all our customers an exclusive transport insurance which provides for the replacement of any breakages of the purchased material, caused exclusively by the courier during transport, at no additional cost. Without "trapping" the customer in lengthy paperwork, it will be sufficient to use the appropriate replacement request form - contact form - to allow us to organize the collection at the address indicated by the customer which will coincide with the replacement of the insured material.
Come and proceed to take advantage of the insurance
As soon as the package is delivered, please check carefully in the presence of the courier. In the event that the package arrives damaged externally it does not mean that the inside is damaged, in any case it is advisable to sign the receipt noting in the same wording "damaged package, acceptance subject to control". Subsequently proceed immediately to the internal control of the package no later than 2 days from receipt of the same.
If any type of damage is found, notify our staff immediately in order to allow us to take the necessary measures, i.e. the replacement of part of the damaged warranty or of the entire product at no additional cost.
The replacement times for the insured material will vary according to the availability of the required spare parts. In any case, these terms will vary between 2 days and 30 working days from the request. Our staff will take care of updating the client on the procedure of the open case.
How to pay an order
The accepted forms of payment, which will be reported during the order process in our e-commerce, are the following:
1) Half credit / debit card or PayPal account:
For payments by credit or debit card it is possible to use the PayPal system, the independent but very efficient and widespread service that is not perfectly secure in all the various phases of the transaction procedure. PayPal offers the possibility to pay with the most used credit cards, without any obligation to register on its platform and at no additional cost. 2) Advance bank transfer:
By requesting it during the online shop wizard. Once the purchase has been confirmed, our system will send the relative order confirmation containing all the data necessary to complete the transaction. Using this form of payment, the order will be shipped at the time of the actual credit which usually can vary from 2 to 4 working days.
3) Klarna deferred payments:
Buy now and pay later with Klarna. Deferred payment in 3 installments, without interest, with direct debits on credit card. First installment immediately, second installment after 30 days, third installment after 60 days. Easy, immediate and 100% safe. Payment method valid for orders up to 1000 euros.
IMPORTANT: If you pay with Klarna in 3 installments, no costs will be charged until the order has been shipped. Only after receiving the order will the first installment be charged to the customer.
In the case of special orders (for example for imports over € 999.99, for products ordered ad-hoc or for lamps made specifically according to customer specifications), we reserve the right to request a deposit equal to 30% of the value overall order. In case of failure to pay, the order will be canceled immediately without notice.
Right and Method of Withdrawal
Satisfied or Refunded Guarantee
Each private customer who purchases from our e-commerce has the unquestionable right to withdraw from the order according to the laws in force, within a maximum period of 14 non-working days from delivery of the order, without the need to specify the reason. In case of withdrawal, the customer has the right to request a refund of the amount paid, or (if desired) to request a change of equal or greater value. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to the private consumer, as per current laws. The right to withdraw is not applicable in the event that the buyer is a holder of VAT number who proceeds with the purchase as a company or professional. The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to customized objects according to explicit customer directives.
How to make use of the right of withdrawal:
To obtain a refund (or to make a change) it is necessary to notify us of the desire to withdraw, within 14 non-working days from the date of delivery, by sending an email to the email address [email protected]. Important: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is asked to send the products to our warehouses in the same state (equal to new) in which they were shipped, or not used, not installed, in the same packaging with which we have made the shipment and complete with every accessory part present inside the box at the time of sending.
In the event that the product / s reaches us used, defective or not compliant with the required condition, we reserve the right to withhold a certain sum which will be equal to the decrease in the value of the goods. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods, deriving from handling the goods other than that necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
The responsibility for the integrity of the goods, during the return shipment, is always borne by the customer. We therefore invite you to insure all shipments destined for collection.
Refund timing:
In the event of a refund request, the same will take place no later than 14 days from the customer's request. The reimbursement is inherent only to the cost created. Shipping costs will be reimbursed only if not included in the price of the product, while the costs of returning the item are always to be borne by the customer who uses the withdrawal.
